Flattery

The story is about Hue, Sam's second wife. It's a short background story and how they met. Hope you like it.

Hue Alexander's life had been difficult the last few years. She felt down and like a looser. At least she started to get a foot hold in life again. When she was seventeen she had married her high school sweet heart Oliver O'Malley. Her parents weren't happy, because they thought it was way too early, and Oliver and Hue should get their education first. In the end they gave in to see their daughter was happy. Of course they proofed right. Hue realized Oliver and she couldn't agree on anything. They had horrible rows, especially how to raise their two beautiful kids Roscoe Stephen and Christina Olivia, who were only a year apart.
Oliver was causing another argument, when Hue said she wanted to go to evening school to study Chemistry and Biology. Oliver believed his wife should stay at home as long as the kids were small. Hue saw it as an investment for the future for all of them, and Oliver or his or her mother could have looked easily after the kids, while she was gone for a few hours in the evenings to attend classes. For the moment she gave up, but Hue brought the issue up again later. Oliver agreed to have a think about it, so Hue informed herself about the options she had.
Returning with a stack of leaflets, she arrived just in time to see Oliver smack Roscoe's hand. It was a huge disappointment for Hue, because as responsible parents they had decided not to use physical punishment and now Oliver did just the whole opposite. It was the last straw for her. She demanded a divorce. When Roscoe turned three it had gone through.
Money was very tight, so Hue took on a part time job as cashier in a super market, leaving her kids with her parents.
When she was financially stable, she started her studies. It was difficult combining work, the kids and going to evening school. It barely left Hue time for herself or a lot of cash.
The classes were a welcome change, though, and broadened Hue's horizon. She gained a few new friends and liked her Professor Harry Krohn. In her opinion he was a great teacher. Professor Krohn seemed to like her too. Soon she was his favorite. When not in class, and they met on the campus, he was flirting with Hue. At first she didn't know how to react, but it felt good somebody found her attractive.
It all came to a heat, when a college friend celebrated her birthday in August and threw a big party. Hue didn't want to attend at first, because she wanted to spend time with Roscoe and Tina, but her sister Tuyet urged her to go and promised to look after the children. After long discussions Hue gave in. Looking back in retrospect Hue had mixed feelings. The party changed her life, but overall she was glad about the decisions she took.
Hue had a great time and was a bit tipsy. Professor Krohn, who was medium in height and red haired, had again flirted with Hue. One thing let to another. He kissed her. Hue kissed him back after holding back for a moment. Professor Krohn made Hue feel like a woman. He was charming and intelligent. A lot of reasons that made him attractive to her. There were sexual undercurrents going on the whole evening. When Hue left, Professor Krohn offered to bring her home. She took it up. Hue thought having sex again after a long time would be nice. Unfortunately it wasn't as she expected. Professor Krohn had a Volvo station wagon. He stopped the car in a quiet side street near her home. They kissed passionately. His hands touched her breasts, making her nipples stand erect. "Why don't we move to the back seat?" Harry asked husky. Hue nodded her agreement. They made themselves as comfortable as possible. He was lying between her legs. Harry seemed not to care about a lot of foreplay or protection. It was over within minutes. In silence they drove to Hue's home.
Harry tried to rekindle their relationship, but Hue struggled with her conscience. She found out, when it was too late, he was married. Had she known this tidbit before, she would have never agreed to have sex with him. Hue was glad he wasn't her teacher during the next college year, so she wasn't depended on an affair to receive good grades and could avoid him.
Hue thought she could leave the episode behind her and go on with her life as normal. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. Unconscious she noticed her body changes.
A few months later Tuyet wanted to introduce her new boyfriend to the family, so Hue took Roscoe and Tina to the dinner. For Hue it was love at first sight. Of course she didn't want to destroy the budding relationship between Tuyet and her boyfriend, so she didn't show her feelings. One of Hue's younger brothers loved zoos. Somehow it was brought up, and Sam invited Tuyet, Hue, their younger siblings and of course Roscoe and Tina to go to Baltimore Zoo the next Sunday. Tuyet couldn't make it, because she had to work, but more or less forced Hue to go.
On the big day Hue felt a little bit queasy, but put it down to being overworked. She had worked longer hours than usual and studied until late in the night for a week or two and was now tired. Hue frightened her siblings, kids and Sam, when she swooned. Thank goodness Sam kept a cool head and knew first aid. When she gained consciousness again, she was on the way to hospital. Hue felt embarrassed. She thought Sam must be thinking she was daft or something. In hospital tests were done to find out, why Hue had lost consciousness. She was overworked as she thought and to her dismay pregnant. Since she hadn't slept with anyone else since Harry, she knew who the father was. Hue was concerned how she was going to deal with another kid, how to finance it and how her parents were going to react. Besides being in love with Sam, she trusted him and told him under tears she was pregnant. Somehow he guessed she was pregnant by her teacher. He was reassuring and calm. Hue felt better after telling Sam about it. He offered to help her and spontaneous invited her to go with her to St. Louis. The doctors thought Sam was Hue's husband and had told him the diagnosis that Hue needed to rest and recommended a vacation. Hue wanted to refuse, but she couldn't. It gave her the chance to be near to Sam, but also to get away from everything for a while.
Tuyet reacted jealous, which was understandable, and told Sam in clear terms it was over, if he was going to take Hue on the trip. Sam tried to reason without divulging Hue's secret. She hadn't told anyone so far. Neither Tuyet nor Sam was willing to give in. Hue was sorry for both and felt guilty.
The trip was a success. Afterwards Hue was much clearer what she wanted. Sam wanted to give her a diary he had kept during the darkest days of his life, so she went from the airport to Sam's home and from there to Harry's house. He needed to know he was going to be a father. Hue hoped Harry was going to agree on paying child support. She was willing to grant him visiting rights. Harry turned violent and beat Hue up, punching her couple of times in the abdomen, hoping to cause a miscarriage. Hue was in shock and didn't know where to turn to. She was bleeding heavily by the time she arrived at Sam's house. He came to the rescue again. Hue found herself in hospital. It was a little miracle she hadn't lost the baby, and Sam admitted he was in love with her.
This development caused a rift in the family. Hue's mother was quite unforgiving Hue had had a one night stand with a married man, was pregnant by him and also to "steal" her sister's boyfriend. Her father took it cool, nothing changed for him. Some of Hue's siblings were influenced by Tuyet and her mother. Each took sides. It was a difficult situation for Hue, because she loved her family and hated conflicts and tensions. Over time, especially after Alyssa was born, it got better. Tuyet was unable to forgive her sister or her ex boyfriend, their relationships were beyond repair.
Even if one misstep had caused Hue a lot of sorrow and pain, she was happy with Sam. He not only loved her, but also her children and treated them like they were his own. Hue's life before Sam had been boring. Now it was much more exciting and included good conversations, good food, culture and travel.

The Merrion Hotel, Dublin, Ireland

This is a review of my favorite hotel in Dublin.

We wanted to take out the stress of Christmas, so we decided to spend 2 nights at the hotel. We found a good deal and booked the entrance room, a standard room, for 175 Euro / ca. 232 USD a night. Having read reviews at Trip advisor, Milepoint and Flyertalk, we were a little bit apprehensive about the room, but decided to find out for ourselves if the room type was a good choice or not.

Until now we had frequented the hotel as diners or for a drink, so we already knew our way around the public spaces, and locating the reception wasn't a problem. The hotel comprises of a few Georgian town houses and a "new" wing, which is around fifteen years old. All entrance rooms are located in the new wing.

At reception we received a warm Irish welcome. Check in went smooth. Originally we had requested a late check out at 3 PM at the time of the booking, but unfortunately our plans had changed, because I had to work on the 26th in the afternoon. We were offered a check out at 13.30 hours, which of course we were unable to take. We were also given a welcome letter and information about opening hours of the food and beverage outlets and the spa because of the festive season. We were then asked to take a seat at the plush sofa and wait for another member of staff, who was going to accompany us to our room. We weren't kept very long. Again the lady was very warm and friendly. We had small talk on the way to our room. I guessed she was Australian.
To get to our room we had to go through the Drawing Rooms and the garden. There is no need to worry. There is a glass covered walk way, so even if the weather isn't good or if it's night, it's dry and lighted with chandeliers.
On our room we received a short explanation how everything functioned and were wished a Merry Christmas.
The room proofed to be great. It was large and kept in gold colors and the heritage of the hotel. I admired especially the bed spread with its animal and flower prints. There was a coffee table, two comfortable chairs, a writing desk, a huge bed (claimed to be a queen bed, but looked like a king), flat screen TV with international and local channels and a wardrobe. Internet was available for free, but we hadn't our notebook with us this time around, wanting to have quality time together.
The bathroom was large too with separate bath tub and shower, a towel rack, sink and toilet. The amenities were from Asprey Purple Water, one of my personal favorites. When having a bath, I enjoy the silkiness of the hot water and the smell.

There was also a sweet surprise for us on the room. Every day we received a large bottle of still water and at turn down two small bottles. This was unexpected and very much appreciated.
The hotel staff is really great and tries everything to accommodate you. On Christmas Eve evening we decided spontaneous to have Afternoon Tea the next day and asked, if we could reserve a table. Because it was quite booked out, the member at reception couldn't promise it, but said she would call us as soon as she had a result. We waited a while, and because we hadn't heard back, called reception to check, if they maybe had more information. The receptionist didn't have an update, but reassured me, that when she had, she would ring me back immediately. We had to wait a little bit longer, before the Afternoon Tea at the Drawing Room was confirmed at our wished for time. We were impressed.
On the first evening we had Monaghan chicken and Bangers and Mash. The chicken and the vegetables were delicious. When I tried his Bangers I was spoiled for ever. They are extremely tasty and not greasy at all. It's an artisanal product. Every Banger and Mash has now to measure up to those, and that's proven difficult.
The breakfast was as outstanding as the dinner. Normally I don't like healthy breakfast, but this one was good. It consisted of The Merrion Blend Coffee or tea, juice of the day, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, bread and porridge. He had the pancakes with maple syrup and helped me with the toast.
When ordering our dinner it was also no problem to change the spaghetti to penne Bolognese.
The price was high. It didn't matter what we ordered. It generally did cost around 100 Euro / ca. 135 USD, but we didn't mind because the quality was outstanding.

The Christmas Afternoon Tea was also a full success. It included tea/coffee of our choice, finger sandwiches, scones and cakes. Especially memorable were the snowmen wearing sun glasses.

On our last evening the hot water was suddenly gone. We reported it to reception. They were aware of the issue and an engineer was already looking into it. When the water was back, we would be informed. We didn't receive a call. In this instance we were glad. The water returned after midnight. Normally we would have been asleep at that time, so if the staff had rung us, we would have been disgruntled.

The hotel has a spa and an indoor swimming pool.
It has two restaurants, the Drawing Rooms and two bars. If you want to read more about them, please check my reviews My four best hotels in Dublin and The Cellar Restaurant.

One of my favorite parts is the garden. It has a James Joyce sculpture, other art work and a water feature. It's very romantic.

By the way the Christmas decorations were fantastic too and elaborate.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in Georgian Dublin, just opposite the Government Buildings and the National Gallery of Ireland. Grafton Street, Trinity College, St. Stephen's Green and Temple Bar are just a short stroll away. The Air Coach (airport shuttle bus) and Dublin Sightseeing Tour buses are stopping nearby.

Our check out was smooth and fast.

This hotel can make addictive and if everything goes to plan we are returning latest at Christmas 2012.

The best sex ever

Sandra Bennett Hamilton had a good relationship with her sixteen year old daughter Georgina.
Sandra, who was platinum blond and 5 ft 10 in tall, was cooking dinner, while Georgina had spread her home work across the kitchen table.
Georgina wasn't concentrated on her work, though. Sandra realized her daughter had something on her mind. She waited until Georgina was ready to take the first step.
The dark haired girl frowned. "Mom, was Dad your first boyfriend?" "No. I had a boyfriend in high school." "With whom did you have your best sex ever? Was it Dad or your boyfriend?" "Neither. I had a one night stand, when I was a little bit older than you. It was the most surprising, but most satisfying sex ever." "Mom!" Georgina could never imagine her proper mother to give into casual sex. "It's true, and I'm not sorry. It was my only one. Unfortunately nobody compared to him." "What did he look like?" "He was tall and handsome. He had light ash blond hair and amazing eyes. I don't think I met anybody else who could change eye color. When he was neither excited nor angry he had blue grey eyes. When he was in a good mood they were grey and in a bad mood blue. Fin was his nick name. I don't remember his real name, but I liked him from the start. He was very mysterious, mostly quiet, and we found out things about him by accident." "Was he much older than you?" "I guess around two years."

Sandra was eighteen and wanted to test if she was cut out to be a chef, so she went to a French cooking class, where she encountered Fin. They were the youngest and in fierce competition until the day of the exam arrived. Sandra showed nerves and failed. Sandra found out she couldn't take the scrutiny and pressure, so she changed her career and ended up as a restaurant manager.
The day turned out to be the worst and the best. Sandra hid in the pantry of the school. She couldn't face the others. Fin found her crying, kissed her to her surprise and promised to come back.
Sandra didn't believe it, but Fin returned a few minutes later after delivering the bottle of champagne to the others, who wanted to celebrate.
They were kissing, he heaved her on the table in the pantry, unbuttoning her blouse and covering her throat and the skin revealed with soft kisses. She did the same with Fin. Both their garments landed in a heap on the floor. Soon their trousers and underwear followed.
Fin really took his time and was in no rush. Sandra's previous boyfriend thought foreplay of maximum ten to fifteen minutes was enough.
It seemed Fin knew exactly how to please Sandra and had her climax even before they had intercourse. Her boyfriend had always shied away from giving her cunnilingus. Fin kissed, licked, stroked and sucked Sandra between her legs without hesitation and until she was convulsing. She replied the favor until he nearly came. Fin had her flat on her back and the floor within seconds and was moving inside her. This was surprising for Sandra and made her gasp. Being conquered so passionately and further touched and kissed, made sure she had another orgasm. Fin exploded soon afterwards inside her. Sandra was glad Fin had put on a condom before she even gave him a blow job. It had felt odd in her mouth, but Sandra was impressed by Fin's thoughtfulness. She would have forgotten completely about protection. Sandra took the pill, so pregnancy was her least concern. Since Sandra didn't know about Fin's sex life, she was glad he came prepared.
Returning to their senses again, they realized they were alone and locked in. Sandra panicked. She believed they were trapped until the next class started. How was she going to explain this to her parents? Fin asked Sandra to trust her and promised to get them out. With a hair pin of hers he had the door opened in no time. Sandra was intrigued, but he was evasive and avoided to answer her questions.
Fin offered to give Sandra a lift. It didn't suit her, because her parents were going to believe she had failed her exams, because she was head over heels in love with Fin. They were going to take it hard anyway. Sandra was so worried; she forgot to ask Fin for his address details or phone number. Each went their way and never saw each other again.

Games

This story is about Coldham Fintan Noose III, a few months shy of twenty two. After a successful apprenticeship with Reginald "Christopher" Smith and his daughter Debra, Fin has gone independent as burglar and is making himself a name. Games plays shortly after The Pickpocket's pickpocket, which is one of my favorite stories. I hope you are going to enjoy reading it.

Charles Harold Fox was light brown haired, slightly built and medium in height. He kept his green grey eyes closed and tried to ignore his headache. Charles damned himself. It had been a stupid idea to challenge his nemesis Coldham Fintan Noose III to a drinking contest in front of the others. Fin, as Noose preferred to be called, had outright refused, but their boss had taken up the challenge and Charles could hardly bow out then. Another member of the team took also part.
Reginald "Reggie" Smith was very sure he could beat both, Charles and Jay, hands down. Charles didn't doubt it. He knew he could down a maximum of four or five shots. While Reggie wasn't drinking heavily, he had quite some stamina and will power. Charles hoped he wouldn't loose face completely and Jay, who was a couple of years younger than Charles, would have to give up sooner than him. Unfortunately even that didn't work out. As Charles had predicted, he couldn't drink more than five shots of vodka. Afterwards it was a close battle between Reggie and Jay. While Jay began to struggle soon after Charles, Reggie didn't show any signs of being drunk or unable to cope. He won, finishing one glass more than Jay. Afterwards Jay was worse for wear. Jamie Lu, the only female on the team, and Fin helped Jay to his room.
Charles had attempted to make Fin look either weak or stupid, when he proposed the game, hoping Fin would loose some of the high standing he enjoyed amongst the team.
Charles was driven by envy. When Reggie invited him to join his gang for a heist, he had readily agreed. Reggie was one of the best museum burglars in the country, and working together with him meant a lot of prestige for Charles. The pay was also excellent. Reggie told him, who the other team members were. Charles was unhappy to hear Reggie had chosen his protégé Fin as his right hand man, especially when Charles had gathered basic information about the members he didn't know. What he learned frightened him a bit. Fin was highly talented, well connected in the criminal world and respected. Charles realized Fin was going to eclipse him sooner or later. Still Charles believed he should have gotten Fin's position, because he was nine years older than Fin and more experienced. Unfortunately Fin proved despite his young age capable.
Well, Charles was not giving up undermining Fin.

Steamy

So folks, this one is steamy in two ways. Read for yourself. By the way this was inspired by dreaming about Dubai, and what better past time could there be than having a love session with your better half while on vacation. :-)

They had just returned from the beach and were hot from the sun and for each other. Deciding to fall immediately into bed or taking a shower first was difficult. The shower won. The cubicle was large enough, so she invited him to join her. They soaped each other, taking longer with some anatomy. Hot water streamed down their bodies, turning them even further on. They tasted each others skin, lips and tongues. He stroked her flat stomach, moving slowly down until they reached her dark triangle and spots she was reacting to with moans. He kissed her breasts. Her breath was going faster. Unconscious she opened her legs for him. He was ready to take her. He lifted her easily, leaning her against the wall and entered her. She closed her legs around his hips. Both were groaning. His strokes were slow and languid. She bit into his shoulder and scratched his back, because he kept her in suspense. She would have preferred a faster pace. He cried out, a mix of pain and passion, but still took his time. When she thought she couldn't take it any longer, he moved quicker and quicker, harder and harder until both climaxed.

Doing stupid things

Here is the second part of Luizia. For everyone, who doesn't know about the family, Maria Isadora and Roger de Reinaldo Cruz have three children, Luizia, Adrianna and Luiz. Hope you have fun reading.

Half a year after the curfew incident Adrianna warned Luizia not to sneak out and meet a boy. She had done something similar and paid dearly for it.
Of course Luizia wasn't listening and did what she wanted.
It didn't take her mother Maria Isadora long to find out what was going on. She dropped a few hints warning Luizia she should stop her behavior. Luizia didn't get it.
So Luizia left the house, when everyone slept, and returned home quite late.
Her mother confronted her, and what made matters worse Luizia was lying to her mother about the man's age in question. She knew exactly Luizia was seeing a twenty five year old, not somebody her age. Maria Isadora wouldn't have had any problems with that, if Luizia had been honest.
"My dear, I see, we have reached again a dead end. I might be old, but not stupid! I am fed up with your behavior!" Luizia didn't see she had done anything wrong and protested, angering her mother further. When Luizia used foul language, Maria Isadora had enough. "Go to your room and wait for me! I expect to find you ready for bed, but don't forget to wear panties, preferable a g-string." "But..." "Not another word, Luizia, go!" Luizia was close to tears, when she fled the room. She thought it was all unfair and nobody understood her. With dread she complied with her mother's orders.

Maria Isadora took her time. She wanted to be calm, when she netted out her punishment.

Luizia's worst fears were confirmed, when Maria Isadora arrived with a paddle. It was made of Brazilian hardwood, sixteen inches long, about an inch thick and stung terribly. "Okay, Luizia, I think you know, why you are getting spanked." Luizia stared at her feet. "Yes, because I sneaked out and lied to you." "That's correct. I'm not going to lecture you further." Maria Isadora took a seat on Luizia's bed and invited her daughter over her lap. With a deep sigh Luizia complied. She hated starring at the wooden floor, waiting. Luizia still thought Maria Isadora was unfair. When the first swat came, it took Luizia by surprise, but didn't hurt as much, as she thought it would. Maybe the night dress offered some protection. The next ignited fire in Luizia's backside. She grunted. Luizia hoped her mother would stop soon. Maybe after four... Unfortunately her mother didn't consider it. After the fourth stroke, Maria Isadora pushed up Luizia's night dress, revealing two already quite red cheeks - Luizia was wearing a g-string as suggested. Being from now on paddled on basically a bare bottom, was very painful. Luizia stuffed a fist into her mouth to quell her screams. She really didn't want the rest of the family hear anything. Tears were running down her face, when the paddle landed on her rear with a resounding smack for the sixth time. It didn't seem her mother had tired yet. After another few scorchers Luizia bawled like a baby. "Please, Mama, stop." "Not yet, darling. I have given you nine so far, so you have seven more to come." "No, please not! I'm going to be good!" "Luizia, stop bargaining! You are claiming you are an adult, but you don't behave like one." Another very hard swat caused a new wave of tears. Luizia couldn't help herself. Her hands went back to protect her sore buttocks. "Take away your hands immediately!" "But, Mama, it hurts so much!" "That's what a spanking is all about, Luizia. It's a reminder how to behave, and hopefully you have learned your lesson, when we are finished. Let me do my job, and it's over in a minute flat. If you don't, we spend a bit more time here. It's up to you." Slowly Luizia withdrew her hands, fearing the pain. Maria Isadora thought it was better netting out the rest of the strokes as quickly as possible. Before Luizia had time to scream the paddle had landed with a loud bang on the left cheek, followed suit by the right. It hurt so much, Luizia had preferred to jump up or kick, but refrained from it. Besides wanting to show her mother she was really self controlled like an adult, she wanted her punishment to be over. Maria Isadora placed the next two swats on Luizia's sit spots, which made Luizia howl. Luizia didn't care any longer who heard what. At first Luizia didn't register her mother had dropped the paddle and gave the remainder of the strokes by hand. Luizia hated to admit it, but she was grateful. She thought she wouldn’t have been able to take more with the implement. Limp she hung over her mother’s lap, who stroked now her back and spoke soothing words. "Come on, Luizia, I'll help you up." Maria Isadora hugged Luizia, reassuring her she loved her and had only been so tough on her because of it.

When Maria Isadora turned into her own bed, her husband Roger was wide awake. "It sounded like Luizia got murdered..." Maria Isadora told her husband why she had punished their youngest daughter. Roger wasn't necessarily happy. He disliked the idea of using physical force, especially with his daughters, but the children's discipline and the order of the household was Maria Isadora's domain - he wouldn't have liked it, if Maria Isadora had suddenly started meddling in his business affairs. He also could count all the spankings Adrianna, Luizia and Luiz had received together on one hand, so he knew Maria Isadora used this method sparingly.

Luiz slept through the night without any trouble.

Luizia had cried herself to sleep after her mother had helped her into bed. The next morning she had a few bruises and saw her punishment in different eyes. She was very sorry for herself and having caused her mother worries.

Mother and daughter cleared the air, when they were alone the same day. Their relationship was soon back on track again.

Sheraton Skyline versus Sheraton Heathrow, London, United Kingdom

The only purpose of this travel was to buy a camera duty free. To make it a bit more interesting and to earn a few more points with Starwood (no status), we decided to spend the night at the Sheraton Heathrow Airport. Having stayed a couple of years earlier at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel Heathrow, we wanted to see if the Sheraton Heathrow was better.

Here are a few pointers what we liked and didn't like about the Sheraton Skyline.

- The room was comfortable, medium in size and overlooked the indoor swimming pool.

- The club lounge was a let down. Even though it was brand new at the time - the hotel had gone through a renovation recently, and there hadn't been a club lounge before - it was way too small for too many people having access. The snacks were very few, limited to cookies and tortilla chips with salsa, and there were no juices available, only Coca Cola and other soft drinks. The breakfast was also small and not the quality we expected it to be. The lounge had obstructed views over one of the runways.

- The Italian Restaurant was very good. We even got a table without reserving it. Other guests, who arrived five minutes later, were unlucky, though.

- The staff was friendly, but we had the suspicion they didn't take us serious. We had paid for a late check out, but the check in clerk had keyed the normal check out time of 12.00 hours. As we thought we had a later check out time, we could return any time to our room the next day. Unfortunately the keys didn't work, so we had to return to reception. When we were back at our room we had no access, but only to the club lounge. Off I went again to the reception. When I tried the key at the club lounge it didn't function there, but we had access to our room again. Frustrated and a little bit angry I took the lift to the ground floor for the third time, where the receptionists were already laughing, thinking this was funny. After that everything was programmed correctly.

This was reason enough besides the disappointing club lounge not to stay there anymore.

Now back to the Sheraton Heathrow.
We took the Hoppa Bus H4 from Terminal 1 to the hotel and were surprised, because we weren't let out at the classic front, but at a side entrance. In fact this was because the hotel is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment, and it's urgently needed. No information about the renovation was available on the web page.
At the time the concierge was located in a niche along the floor, which is a good idea, so that lost guests can be directed.
The temporary reception was where normally the restaurant The Terrace and bar is located. The check in was friendly and efficient. A late check out was also granted with a smile.
On our way to the elevators we found an entrance to the courtyard and garden of the hotel and a gift shop / newsagent.
Our Club Room was overlooking the air traffic control tower of Heathrow Airport. We could see planes taking off.
The room showed wear and tear, but was very comfortable, so we didn't mind. It had all the conveniences we could wish for including a mini bar, safe, writing desk, flat screen TV, chairs, comfy bed and a wardrobe.
The bathroom was small with bath tub and shower combined and a sink. It might was a bit outdated, but again it was comfortable.
After we had settled in our room we were hungry, so we decided to try the temporary restaurant, but were told it had closed since lunch service had already ended. After a brief discussion we decided to go out and explore the area. We had seen a McDonalds across the busy road from the Sheraton. It was easier to get to it than thought. The area is definitely car centric. There was also a building site for a new Premier Inn and a fuel station.
McDonalds was good. We had Chicken McNuggets with curry sauce. They tasted differently than in Ireland (a bit spicier).
When we were finished with our meal, we strolled along the road towards the airport. We passed companies associated with aviation and a Chinese Restaurant.

Back at the hotel we visited the club lounge. It offered a small selection of soft drinks and was a modern space. It had a small library, seating areas and so on. At the time we were the only ones, but when I returned during Happy Hour, it was so full I had to sit outside at the landing / reception area of the lounge. There was a choice of red and white wine, beer, liqueurs, nachos and traditional English pies. The quality was good, but nothing special. You may have guessed it already. I'm not a big fan of nachos or pies.
The disadvantage of sitting outside the lounge was that obviously the space wasn't heated, so it was a bit cooler than I would have liked it. I had to insert my key card each time I entered the club lounge and made numerous trips to get the food, wine and cola I wanted, which I found slightly inconvenient and impractical with constantly opening and closing the door. Others maybe disturbed by passing fellow guests, leaving or going to their room.

We also had in room dining. He had a fillet steak, I spaghetti with a spicy seafood sauce. The quality was high and the value good.
After a restful sleep we went to the breakfast at the restaurant. The buffet was adequate, but the food quality average. There were eggs, bread, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, cereals, yogurts, bakery items and much more.
Check out went smoothly. Waiting for the Hoppa Bus was a bit inconvenient again, because due to the renovation we had to wait at the small side entrance, where people wanted to get in and out.

Would we return? Yes, because the hotel is solid, and when the renovation is completed, the hotel is going to be beautiful and up to standard.

McDonalds

You may know my better half and I like McDonalds. We noticed the following changes:

1st the Big Mac is smaller, same price.

2nd the Chicken McNuggets seem to have a thicker batter, contain fewer chicken and are harder to eat, because the pieces are so hot.

What is your experience? Let me know.

Sex - The 30 seconds continue

He was aggressive, having just been in a fight and looked for relieve. He was glad she was at home and in the mood...
Before long both were undressed. He kissed her hard.
They were sporty, so it wasn't very difficult for them, when she jumped up and wrapped her long legs around his hips. Her hands played with his hair. He nibbled his way along her throat to her melon sized boobs. She moaned and even got closer to him, so that he could easily take her nipples in his mouth. He was more than ready to fulfill his needs, so after taking appropriate care of her huge nipples and saucers he asked her to loosen a little bit up and move away. His erect member was pulsing against her thigh. She obliged him. With one swift movement he was inside her. After a short, but explosive ride both were screaming out their passion.

Discipline

"You know I have to discipline you?!" "Yes, ma'am." "I hate doing this, especially since you are sick, but your behavior doesn't give me any other choice." He had had a cold with very high fever. At the doctor's recommendation she had given him soups and juices. Since he was feeling better, he wanted something more substantial and had rebelled. It ended in a tantrum and throwing a bowl of hot soup at his mother, barely missing her. Andres Gilbert was glad his mother wasn't a very tough disciplinarian.
Yvonne Gilbert, who was dark haired and good looking for her age, left the room shortly to return with a wooden ruler. Andres, who was a miniature copy of his mother, was standing by now. Because he still spent most of the time in bed, he was only wearing his pajama. "Please turn, so that your back is facing me." Yvonne ordered. Andres complied. Yvonne didn't want to embarrass her twelve year old son more than necessary, so she only pulled down the back of the pj bottoms, leaving them above his knees. "Please hold up the top for me." Again Andres followed his mother's orders. She took a step to the side. Then she smacked the ruler down. Andres grunted. The next was slightly harder. Andres was better prepared, so he didn't make a sound, even though it hurt like the dickens. Yvonne alternated the next three strokes between hard, soft and very hard. She was softer, when she spanked Andres' sit spots. She didn't want to overdo it, so she stopped after the seventh smack. The ruler had left red marks. Andres had cried out sometimes. The spanking hadn't been hard enough to make him cry, but he had learned his lesson. Yvonne told him he could get dressed and ordered him back to bed, emphasizing it with a swat to his now clothed butt. "What about lunch a little bit later? Would you like pancakes with blueberry sauce?" "Yes, Mom, that would be great." Yvonne was nearly out of the door, when he said: "I'm sorry, Mom." "That's okay, honey."

Race

How long did it take you to guess what this is all about? You can always leave a comment, anonym if you like. Thanks for reading and hope I have something soon for all of you.

It was the right time, and I was hoping I wouldn't be disqualified. I was excited, when I saw them arrive. Who was going to win the race? It was tight between two swimmers and wasn't evident which one was going to be first until the last the second. The gate came crashing down after the winner, leaving the runner up behind.
The swimmer and I merged. We decided to create a beautiful, exotic person, a female with red hair and slanted eyes. She was going to be inquisitive and own minded. Nine month later Alyssa Rosalee Richards was born.

The Shelbourne - A Renaissance Hotel, Dublin, Irleand

I already described a little bit of the Shelbourne - A Renaissance Hotel in my favorite hotels of Dublin. You can read why we avoided the hotel for some time there.

This was our third stay. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the door man. As always the hotel was busy. We knew our way, so we passed the Lord Mayor Lounge to our right, turned right and in front of the Horse Shoe Bar turned left, where the reception and concierge are located. We were friendly greeted and the check in was quickly done. We didn't receive any lemonade as is normally customary.
We had booked a deluxe room with a dining package included. I had called earlier to reserve a table at the Saddle Room.
Unfortunately I can't recommend the entrance room, because it is small, dark and doesn't offer the views one would expect. I guess staying at the Shelbourne everyone wants a view over St. Stephens Green.
Our room was located on the higher floors and had the desired views. Due to the age and layout of the building (over 180 years old), some of the rooms can be difficult to find.
The hotel has an interesting history and most of it can be read in a book about the hotel on sale at reception.
The Shelbourne was always associated with horses and horse racing. The artwork is related to this as well as the names of the Saddle Room and the Horse Shoe Bar. There had been a real saddle at the entrance to the restaurant, but when US President Ronald Reagan visited Ireland and stayed at the hotel, he was enchanted with the saddle, and it was given to him as a present. It has never been replaced. The name remains.

Our room was medium in size with a closet - the small safe is integrated there, a hallway, two cupboards, a large and comfortable king sized bed, a writing desk, two chairs - one with ottoman, a coffee table with magazines, including the Renaissance magazine and a flat screen TV with BBC World, Sky Sports, CNBC and Bloomberg. Of course there were other channels, too, but they weren't international. There is also a mini bar.

The bathroom was large with a sink, toilet, separate bath tub and shower. The toiletries were from Picksniff, an English company. We like them. The water pressure was good.
In room dining is 24 hours a day available, and most dishes are Irish.

When we went downstairs for our dinner, the hotel was buzzing. The hotel seems to be never quiet. Sometimes it's difficult to move around, because the guests are overflowing from the second bar and the Horse Shoe Bar into the lobby.
At the restaurant, located beside the magnificent staircase, we were greeted by the hostess and accompanied to our table. The Saddle Room was full. Reservations are essential.
We received the wine and dining menu. Our waiter promised to be back soon. Unfortunately it seemed guests, who hadn't booked the dining package, were treated preferential and received faster and more attentive service than we did, for example we were ready to order, and we had given numerous signs, but were promised we would be taken care of soon. After some more waiting, we ordered our drinks and dinner.  We could choose from three starters, three main courses and dessert.  The waiter gave his own wine recommendation, but we had already decided on two glasses of red wine.
With the wine and water came a loaf of bread and butter.
Our starters were the same. We had hot smoked salmon with sea grass. It was delicious. My main course was fish again, while he had a steak. The Sirloin steak was good, but he prefers fillet. It's higher quality.
As dessert we had The Shelbourne Trifle and the bread and butter pudding. Both were delectable.

EW used the free overnight shoe shine service. He had requested a return at 07.30 hours am. When I checked the next morning no shoes were there, and I was a little bit concerned. Calling the reception I inquired about the delivery. The person claimed we had left the "Do not disturb" sign on our door knob, so the shoes couldn't be left. This was either a lie or a misunderstanding, because we didn't have any sign hanging outside... My suspicion is a lot of other guests used the service too and the staff was running behind. They simply looked for an excuse. Maybe I'm wrong. To my relieve the shoes arrived within five minutes after my call. The result was satisfactory, so we could go to breakfast at the Saddle Room. We arrived at around 10.00 am, and the restaurant was buzzing. We were seated in the bar, which was connected with the restaurant. We ordered from the a la carte menu, but weren't sure, if this was included in our rate or not. It didn't matter, because we wanted our French Toast and the Shelbourne Eggs Benedict in any case. The smoothie he had was one of the best in town. In the end we weren't charged extra.
An update to the dining package: Our reservation stated a 3-coursed-dinner and breakfast was included. When checking the same package for a different date, the language had changed to buffet breakfast, so that means in future we have to pay for the a la carte option.
Having finished our breakfast we left and were surprised how many people were queuing in front of the hostess’s desk to receive a table. We hate waiting and think it’s not a sign of luxury. Unfortunately hotel dining is down in Europe, so a lot of hotels have downsized their food outlets (For example instead of two restaurants, there is only one left, or formerly it could seat more guests, but the tables have decreased since the last renovation.) This indicates to us in future queuing for breakfast is going to occur more often.
We had tickets for a rugby game, so we checked out after breakfast and stored our luggage to retrieve it after the game.
We spent an enjoyable afternoon at the RDS (Leinster won against the Glasgow Warriors) and went back to the hotel, where we had to wait only a short time to get our luggage.
A small problem developed after we checked out. We are members at the Marriott Rewards program and should have received points for the complete spend; instead we received only points for the overnight rate. I contacted Marriott and was requested to email/fax or send the invoice to them. After a few days the points were corrected.

What have we learned from this stay? We are staying again, but won't take a package, because we like freedom, choice and flexibility.
