She never showed up. Getting suspicious Head Nurse Franz checked the personal files. There were in fact two new employees, but they were male. Inquiries at other departments didn't bear any fruits.
Puzzled who the mystery lady was, she went in the morning to Mr. Noose's room. He was fully dressed and ready to leave. There was a couple with him. She recognized the faked nurse. "Who the hell are you?" Alexandria asked indignant. "I'm Chastity Shelton. This is my husband Giovanni Fabini." She introduced the slim, small man. Giovanni gave Chastity and Fin a questioning look.
