EAT. Brompton Road, London, United Kingdom

During our London trip we went to EAT. Brompton Road for our lunch. The outlet is just opposite Harrods.

It was a Saturday afternoon and the outlet very busy. It was also renovated and at first looked closed.
To the right were all the shelves, containing salads, soups, soft drinks and so on; at the back was the counter, where customers can order their hot beverages and pay.
We had studied the menu online. There are also nutritional values for most food items and beverages available, so we could make ourselves a good picture what were healthier options than others.
We liked that all coffee and tea could be made with full fat, low fat or soy milk. We choose two big Chai Lattes with low fat milk, one carrot mango lime juice, a chicken wrap, vegetable Gyozo dumpling soup, rainbow salad, Vietnamese slaw, two elderflower and apple jellies and two fruit salads.
The portions were really large and after eating the soup, wrap, savory salads and the jellies, we were full. It wasn't a problem. We took the fruit salads with us.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was for example asked, if I wanted chili with my soup. I like spicy things, so it was a nice touch.
The member of staff also provided enough napkins and cutlery - sometimes an issue with fast food joints.
Finding a table wasn't very difficult. Our fellow customers were a mix of tourists and locals. The atmosphere was good.
Our meal was colorful, tasty and fresh. I really liked the Vietnamese slaw and the soup, because it reminded me of our trips to Asia . The jelly was also very nice and unusual with the elderflower flavor.

Would we recommend EAT.? Yes, we would.
