Hilton Hotel Dublin Airport, Dublin Ireland, Part 6

This is the last part of the Hilton Dublin Airport. Tomorrow or so I'll publish another short story. Have fun reading.

Room for improvement

Of course there is always room for improvement.

We think some rooms need a renovation, because they show wear and tear. Naturally wear and tear occurs faster at an airport hotel, where a lot of people check in and out more frequent than anywhere else.

If you are noise sensitive, avoid rooms on the first and second floor above the restaurant during weekends. The live music can disturb your sleep.

Another gripe we have is the water temperature in the bathrooms. It can suddenly change from cold to hot and back to cold. Sometimes the water is simply hot, no matter, what you need.

The wake up call is not always on time. This can be a serious problem, if you rely on it and have time constraints. We are always secure and have our own alarm clock and sometimes also use the alarm clock provided on the room. During the last two stays the wake up calls were punctual, though.
