At the play ground Stephanie Hatch and Samantha Flanagan watched the new arrivals. They came to the conclusion that the adult accompanying the little boy was the nanny, because she was Hispanic, and he was blond and didn't look anything like her. They followed them at each visit and were disgusted, when they once heard the boy called his nanny Mommy and spoke a mix of Spanish and English. The parents of the little one didn't spend too much time with him and he didn't learn proper English. It was a shame!
One day Samantha and Stephanie arrived later. The nanny and little Sol were already there. Sam and Stevie had overheard the nanny call the boy by this name. Sol was playing in the sand box, while nanny was reading a book - trash as the two ladies assumed. Suddenly a blond man approached the nanny from behind and put his hands on her shoulders, kissing her throat. Sol had seen, who had arrived and came running, shouting: "Daddy! Daddy!" The resemblance couldn't have been stronger. Sol looked exactly like his dad. The blond man stepped away from the bench, knelt down and opened his arms wide to catch the little boy and give him a kiss.
Stevie and Sam had to revise their assumption, because the man and the "nanny" kissed each other and left holding hands together with Sol. It seemed the lady was really Sol's mother.
